Typically, ring maille is thought of as ripped straight from the fantasy books. However, some forms of ring maille date back to the Sudanese Mahdists warriors against the British army in the battle of Omdurman, Sept. 1898

This set of ring maille is designed for maximum protection with high flexibility. The heavy suede vest, joined at the front with full grain leather straps gives a unique level of customisation. The shoulders as tassets can be detached, for sleeveless options or to reduce weight and coverage on the waist.

This set is ideal to be worn over the top of a gambeson, maille, or by itself.
