Magnus Visor Helmet

The "Magnus" visor helmet is designed off a bascinet from the 14th century with a little bit of "fantasy" added by us. The long and elaborately built visor can be detached. This way the helmet can be worn as a barbute as well. The wide eye slot doesn't restrict the vision of the wearer and the holes in the visor plate allow maximum airflow, fastened to the sides by two large pins.

The padding is made from foam and covered in natural cotton fabric. The chin strap is made from upper leather and is closed with a buckle. The rolled base edge of the helmet increases the safety of this helmet, to ensure no bruising and cuts on the shoulders/neck of the wearer.

We recommend to wear a padded coif underneath for more comfort and protection.
