Blacktown Medieval Faire & Update

It is with great excitement that we am happy to announce Adventurer's Bastion's attendance to Blacktown Medieval Faire! 

We look forward to joining one of the largest medieval festivals in the country, in what is shaping up to be a massive opportunity for The Bastion. This opportunity is not without it's challenges, and we have had a few obstacles to deal with on the leadup, which is something we wanted to address here.

Firstly, The stock inventory management within Shopify broke for us, attending an event in which we were unable to track our sold stock meant that the quantities on the website were completely incorrect, and were not representing what we had available.

Coupled with the fact our stock is in storage and not easily accessed, this delayed fulfillment of orders, which is not how we wish to run our business. Thus, we had to make the tough call to remove all stock from the website, and prepare for a stock take AFTER Blacktown medieval faire. 

Once Blacktown is finished, and the dust settles, we hope to implement a better process for receiving and tracking stock - which will work for us as we grow again to the next stage of our business.

We would like to take a opportunity to thank profusely all of those who have ordered through us, bought from us, and have had patience when dealing with us as we navigate these challenges. Without you - this simply would not be achievable.
